PowerUPP is a user-friendly Python / GTK graphical interface (GUI) for the UPP console utility (Uplift Power Play), designed to change the performance parameters of AMD graphics cards using the analysis and dynamic modification of the binary data structure of Radeon PowerPlay tables, commonly found in some AMD Radeon processors (AMD GPUs).
