gnuhtml2latex

gnuhtml2latex is a small Perl command-line utility to convert HTML files to LaTeX documents (it takes a list of files *.html as arguments and creates *.tex file). Utility is written as a full analogue of the utility html2latex (in 2000 stopped development).
