UPP (Uplift Power Play) is a Python console utility designed to change the parameters of AMDvideo cards . The utility uses the analysis and dynamic modification of the binary data structure of Radeon PowerPlay tables, commonly found in some AMD Radeon processors (AMD GPUs).

Radeon PowerPlay is a dynamic power management technology used in some graphics processing units (GPUs) manufactured by AMD (formerly ATI). The principle of operation is based on tracking the GPU load, determining the optimal parameters and corresponding changes in the chip clock frequency, memory and power supply voltage, thereby optimizing the power consumption and heat dissipation of the video card. In idle mode, the technology allows you to disable unused blocks of the GPU.
