OBS Studio

OBS Studio is a free program for streaming video broadcast, running stream and record video from the screen and external devices. OBS Studio is used to create screencasts, online seminars, lectures, conferences and other events that require live video streaming.

Studio OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) allows you to create the stream and record videos from different sources. Install OBS Studio on Ubuntu Linux

To install OBS Studio on Ubuntu Linux you can use PPA repository. First install the dependencies:

Then run the installation program:

sudo apt-get install obs-studio

I have a Ubuntu Linux installation ended with error:

dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

sudo apt-get remove libobs0
