jgmenu — Autonomous and easy menu application designed for use in window Manager Openbox with a task bar tint2.
jgmenu not depend on any libraries of interface elements (GTK, QT, etc), but it uses Cairo (library for rendering vector graphics) and Pango (library for layout and rendering of text, with an emphasis on internationalization) to display the menu of X11 (X Window System).
jgmenu very simple and highly configurable, can be set from the command line and in configuration file (~/.config/jgmenu/jgmenurc), you can set the menu location, the theme, used spit and more. If necessary, the menu can accept customize the appearance of GTK, XSettings and the task bar tint2.
jgmenu supports not only XML-menu openbox, but many other types of applications menu (XDG compliant) with support for localization. You can use the combo menu to generate or create CSVfiles menu (~/.config/jgmenu/prepend.csv and ~/.config/jgmenu/append.csv).
jgmenu can display the menu icons formats PNG, XPM and SVG (librsvg), fully supports Unicode (Unicode/UTF8), start menu in any convenient way (click on the toolbar, a keyboard combination, etc.), there is a detailed documentation (in English).
