Desktop Xfce is renowned for stability, reliability, and efficiency of resource use, although it is often considered too short-handed and austere to meet the expectations of ordinary users of computers.
Personally, I find that Xfce is similar to yoga among Linux desktop environments: a refined, focused and thoughtful; each item delicately placed. What about the desktop Ubuntu GNOME Shell? Well, it’s more of a regular cardio workout, it all becomes a little more intense, too fast!
