Version Alpha 1 in development cycle of Ubuntu 16.10 ‘Yakkety Yak’ is now available for download.
All three Ubuntu participated in the first iteration. Namely, Lubuntu, Ubuntu MATE and market-oriented of China’s Ubuntu Kylin.
It is expected that Ubuntu GNOME and Kubuntu will participate in the release version alpha 2, which will be held on July 28.
Part of Xubuntu and regular Ubuntu releases planned for the final beta version, at the end of September 2016.
Alpha version – not for everyone

Version Lubuntu 16.10 Alpha 1
