tnote is a command — line Python utility to create and store notes (Notepad).

tnote was created as a small, fast and easy to use analogue console graphical Notepad Tomboythat allows you to create, view and edit text notes.

When you call tnote with no arguments displays the note “by default” (~/.tnote/example)and displays all records in chronological order. Immediately before the note will be the number in square brackets ([figure]), each note has its own number, it is used to open notes.

tnote can display the desired note in several ways, you can open the specified range of notes (in the first row), supports searching and displaying notes on the “regular expression“, also a note can delete it. In the configuration file (~/.tnote/tnoterc) can be assigned to the notes specify the date format used to edit notes text editor “default” is used nano (GNU nano).
