pdfpc is a small C++ / Vala / GTK + application for viewing PDF presentations using multiple monitors (multi-monitor output).
pdfpc can display the main window of the presentation on one screen (or projector) and the other (for example on the screen of the laptop) a more complex set of information (meta-information)such as images of the next slide, text notes, presentation time, total number and number of slides.
pdfpc support the correct processing of PDF files of presentations made with the use of virtually all advanced applications to create presentations.
pdfpc displays current and next slide displays text notes and notes on the slides (the generated LaTeX-Bamer), a timer or countdown (remaining time of the presentation) , etc., for quick switching between slides is provided on an “Overview mode” (in the thumbnail view, open the slide is highlighted). Options can be set from the command line and in configuration file, system (/etc/pdfpcrc) or user (~/.config/pdfpcrc).
Launched in pdfpc presentation can be paused, supported by the “Freezing” (to start from the last viewed file), and playback of embedded video files, the format support provides Gstreamer (multimedia framework, the core multimedia applications).
